Indigenous and First Nations children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families experience many additional challenges over and above those common to non-indigenous individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in general. First Nations family members and leaders will share, how in partnership with Inclusion Alberta, promising avenues to change are being created and where much more remains to be done.
